Dumpling Dipping Sauce
Perfect sauce for dipping all sorts of Asian inspired treats

- 1 Mixing bowl or jug
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Malt vinegar
- 1 tbsp White sugar Scant tablespoon,(caster sugar dissolves more easily)
- 1 dash Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Ginger Grated or finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Spring onions Finely chopped
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, malt vinegar, sugar and sesame oil in a small jug or bowl
- Whisk/stir until sugar is dissolved
- Stir in spring onion and ginger
TIPS
Can be made in advance and kept in a jar in the fridge for up to 1 week
Don’t add spring onion and ginger before you whisk because it gets all caught up in the whisk!
